Cinaje's Journal, 30 May 14

I'm very excited that I lost another 1.2 lbs but I've really got to concentrate on getting more food into me! I had a busy day yesterday, starting with hubby telling me I had a half hour to get out of bed and be in the truck! Ugh! I had to catch a lift from him to go to the garage and pick up my car. When I got home, I went right outdoors and worked. I quit that at 4 because I was just too tired. Hubby and our lodger came home from work and then we went fishing! We were catching 3" chub! lol

All-in-all, it was a good day and, other than skipping breakfast, I stick to my diet very well!

Gotta try to remeber breakfast, even if its just a protien bar or a piece of fruit. It helps to jump start your metabolism after a restful night. Sounds like you are really staying active. Dont forget the water! Good luck!!!
