Day25, Whole30, still not weighing in, wait until Sunday, skipped breakfast, my habit for the past three years of intermittent fasting, can’t seem to break it. I eat breakfast about three times a week now so forming a new habit. Still no desire to cheat . I add organic cacao powder to my coffee and that seems to do it. I REALLY miss cheese, odd that’s the only thing. Next Wednesday is day 30. As of 6:00 pm I declare it’s complete. Mostly because I’m going to the pub for a glass of wine with a friend 🍷😁
