👉Doing home workouts as gyms are closed
👉Have done 20x 5km A Day walks in a row
👉Tracking what I eat but still suck at reporting it

chest 38---> down .5
upper belly 33---> same
lower belly 39.--> down .5
hips 39.75.---> down .25
thigh 22.5 --> down .5
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 11.5 --> down .5

78.9 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
