This was a "victory" day because I really kept it in "line". I knew that I would be eating chicken wings at night, so I knew that I had to budget for that. Also the wings that my family eats are just not enough for a hungry guy. I knew that I had to have something three hours before just to keep hunger at bay. Also I was going out to lunch, so I really needed to watch it. I got a Chicken Caesar salad and that was perfect. Ate 1/2 banana for a snack... I found that just a few bites of banana takes away the hunger edge. Ran into free popcorn at the dealership measured it out properly. Came in way under 2100... victory. Ate carrot and celery sticks before the wings.

Carrot and Celery sticks have to become the staple.

Tomorrow.. I know there is no oatmeal and I am dropping off daughter early in the AM. DON'T give in to the temptation to go to Chick-Fil-A or McDonald's... that is how you get fat and unhealthy.

Buy the oatmeal.. cook it and eat it!
