i'am totally ready for the, eat more veggies challenge.i think it will really help w/ induction and get me used to this way of life.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

i chopped up some spinach, tomato,cheese, and onion to put in my eggs this morning.
