👉No alcohol since Jan 3
👉still doing home workouts as gyms are closed 20 to 40 minutes a day
👉Have done 14 x 5KaDay walks in a row

paying attention to my food but still horrible at logging it... that is the hardest part for me
79.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
