All the exercise and healthy eating and AGAIN weight gain.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Give it time. You might have gained muscle weight or be retaining water. Take measurements and track that too. Also, are your clothes fitting any better. Sometimes you have to forget the scale and just do what feels right.

Yep... my weight one week goes up the next the same and then finally another week and it finally goes down... the scale plays tricks on us, lol... just keep on going and try not to let those "scale" numbers get you down... trust me when I say I go through the same thing... Redpine's advice is a " ditto" for me... good luck!!! :)
