I think all my snacks are catching up with me! Back to properly counting calories again now. I have a wedding in March that id love to lose some weight for. I'd love to get to 68kg so not too far to go
72 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
