uggg. I ate about h a lf my calories for the day for breakfast. I usually only eat 180 but today I made hubby who is recuperating from open heart a breakfast and I ate about 430. I gave myself permission to not worry about calories during holidays which included my birthday but now I'm depressed and I can't get myself to cut back
82.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
