What a day!! Wasn't pretty in the food area. Petite, somewhat skinny "person" at work, brought in donuts. In a weak moment I had one. Mind you now, I WAS NOT force fed this delicious donut. I ate it on my own free will. For a person like me with eating/food issues, just knowing the particular food is present can send me in the wrong direction. That's what happened today. It "triggered" a chain of "food fest events". I HAD lost 1 pound this week. A victory!! Short lived, I suppose. In the morning I will start again. *IMPORTANT TIP* NEVER EVER EAT 2 FIBER ONE BROWNIES AT ONE SETTING, THEN A SALAD AT OLIVE GARDEN!!!! Unless you need a good cleansing!!!
