No workout for me today. Rough...ROUGH....night. Don't know what's going on with the baby OR me. She was sleeping through the night, and then all of a sudden, she started waking up again. Last night, she woke up at least 8 times. I'm exhausted! Didn't help that I had to get up early to help decorate for my son's kindergarten graduation. I did carry the baby around in my ring sling...but I know that's not a "real" workout. And for some reason, my body feels really achy. You know when you're about to get the flu, your body hurts from head to toe? THAT's how it feels. I want to push myself to do SOME kind of small workout this evening, but I think I'm going to take a break. Maybe tomorrow I'll be less tired and feel better.
