So I had to stop exercising this week....I get awful periods and the pain can be so debilitating that I am stuck in bed for the day.😪😪 However, I did try my best to maintain my calorie deficit and ate relatively healthy (save for some cookies and cream ice cream from woolies☺). Atleast I'm back to 57 kgs just from counting calories.

I hope this coming week is better 🙏
57.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh wow very impressive. I am just logging my food and follow what the app tells, me. I am not using premium at this, stage and not sure whether I should. I am comfortable with it as is but not sure if it is, accurate. Any advice

Everyday is a battle because I am stuck at home as a masters student with no job. So I don't get alot of exercise in. To try and get workouts in I use the 30 day challenge app and do medium 2 level exercises everyday. I also practice 16:8 intermittent fasting with 1200 calories per day and try to cut down on carbs, sweet treats and cooldrinks. My advice is to listen to your body and figure out what works for you and your schedule. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to have those days when you just want a mcdonalds burger!❤
