昨天傍晚經過士林夜市,忍不住買了炸蛋蔥油餅,晚餐2個自製蔥油餅包蔥絞肉烤偽胡椒餅!又是油炸又是澱粉,幸好不是天天都這麼暴走! 然後沒拉肚子體重又回來了😂😂😂 今日午餐:腐乳豬胛心肉,蛋,南瓜,波菜,紅棗。胛心肉熱量比雞肉高很多,所以今天中午沒有餅乾扣打了!
