Vermijd suikers en koolhydraten. Pas ook IF toe. In jan. Is bloedsuiker 6.5.
In april weer meten en kijken of mijn nieuwe eetpatroon mijn suikerspiegel omlaag brengt.
112.1 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
