OMG... kurang lebih 25 hri gak nimbang BB, Makan kadang surplus, olahraga juga gak beraturan bgt, tp IF ttp jalan.. dan tdi pas nimbang udah turun 4 kilo lebih trnyata..
tmbh smngaatttt menuju BB ideal.😍😍😍😍
