I ate a lot and added about 5 extra kg...

but am off break.... Holidays and New year celebration is over! lol!

78.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 15.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
