I lost 4 lbs. since I restarted my weight loss program. I've been drinking water, no soda, tea without sugar. I'm trying to drink more water to fill my stomach so that it will help me to cut back on food intake. I'm trying to eat more vegetables and I've been avoiding drinking juices.
