Weighed myself this morning and this is now officially the heaviest I’ve ever been. Not a great feeling seeing that number on the scale. Since the start of the year I’ve wanted to start working out again and I’m officially starting today. Can’t wait to drop under 100 as my first target.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do anything you put your mind to, good luck and strongs. Also aiming for to get back into the double digits. See you on the other side hehe

Also aiming for double digits. Heaviest I've been other then when I was pregnant in April 2020. Good luck all. My sister inlaw gave some advise to set small goals like 5kgs at a time and then get your hair or nails etc done and then set another goal to work for a and when accomplished reward yourself again :)

I have only 5kg to loose and let me just say the struggle is real. I have come to realise that it is not so much about loosing weight but rather about learning to live a healthy life with good food choices and exercise. Once that is achieved the weight will sort itself out.
