繼續豆漿鍋,吃不膩!! 期待將紅棗當補氣零食順便減少餅乾食用量根本是做白日夢! 現在每天吃進1200-1300卡,一半熱量是由餅乾先生所提供,如果能與他分手,我肯定能瘦成一道閃電! 想再輕減些,期待體脂肪不要攀升.....看來只能靠念力發功😅😅😅
