Tuesday Day 4 Stopped Ozempic this week. Trying to follow a healthier eating plan for Diabetics. As I'm only borderline maybe I can get off of Metformin. Only on day 4 but my craving for sugar is always there especially after I eat a meal. I'm looking for chocolate. Have been looking on the internet trying to find new meal recipes that are healthier than what I usually eat. My husband wants to lose 25lbs so that helps that he is on the same eating plan ......mostly. He doesn't have as much of a sweet tooth that I do.
