Ran a full five K yesterday at mcmullin. It really felt great. I did it with new shoes.only skip was eating four pieces of toasted garlic bread. Will have to really compensate today.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
