Ate unbelievabley well yesterday. It just goes to show that if you space the meal and eat small amounts per meal it rally really works. 2 fuji apples before dinner. Veggie burritos at lunch. Ran.. - I am on a roll!
Also I was able to supremely focus on things because my head is so clear. Think about it... 2000 calories is plenty.. if I eat an extra 1000 calories... all I am dong is "weighing myself down?!
