Diet-75%.Exercise-75%. Started "My Fitness Pal" today. MFP calculates my calorie intact to be 1200 to lose 10 lbs at 1-1/2 lbs per week. This calculation includes 45 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. It calculates that I should lose 2 lbs by June 2, 2014 which is only 0.4 lb/week. I'll tweek it later.
