昨天大概吃進1200卡,一半是餅乾和巧克力!管不住腦袋和嘴巴,以前上班時,同事問我早上和中午怎麼都吃很少很少,我說:因為要把熱量留給零食,哈哈哈!沒啥毅力的我,又開始只是[[說]]減肥了,看來想再衝低一波很懸!尤其妹妹昨天又送來2盒巧克力....只能寄望明年吧,畢竟新年也要有新希望嘛! 今天想烤薑餅人餅乾吃.....
