Down a pound with my new diet. Eating fruits really makes a difference =)
51.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found pre-packaged grapefruit cups (no sugar) at my grocery store. They are fantastic!! You're doing great.....just catching up from being away for awhile.
