Doing the no eating after 7pm challenge and its doing me wonders, after doing the no eating after 8:30pm one I feel like it definitely prepared me for this one and it makes so much sense not to eat when you're gonna be asleep in a few hours anyway.
Heading out for walks again today with a friend, she's trying to bring on labour haha
