I'm healthy enough to return to work now. I start today, living alone is hard on one's soul, I look forward to being around people again. I owe my good fortune to a low-carb high-fat diet, just short of keto! In just short of three months, gone is type2 diabetes, shortness of breath(though I apparently have COPD), lack of energy, and now my mind is clear again! WooHoooo!
