I have finally done it!! I reached my first big goal weight!!!
after 10+years of trying obscure weight loss programs and all it really took was consistency, eating whole foods, and some light exercise 4 times a week oh and dont forget calorie counting.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
