I did do the crunches but my husband was home all weekend. He is a little skinny mini that can eat lots and not gain weight when he could actually use a few extra. Any way he needs to get past the I dea that I need to eat and let me do my diet but we did take a walk also. I also felt bloated all weekend. I did pull out my "E-Diets" tapes. and I put one in the casset player while I was on the excersize bike this morning.
