I ate so much this past week. I have concluded a morning snack -as long as I don't go overboard- is probably helpful to weight loss. I added it back in this past week and my weight finally has dropped a pound despite eating like a pig.

I also got a lot of exercise this weekend. Not exercise videos or anything like that, but I walked a lot. It should be easier to get more walking in once it warms up.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
