Allergies!!!!! Hopefully not a cold too, since the hubs has been sick the last 2 days. No workout for me today. :(

63.3 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg. Still to go: 9.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
