Alright, so I'm happy with this! I lost that pound I wanted to lost, and my mini-goal for next week is to be in the 170s by the end of the week! I hope I can do it!</P><P>So anyway! Good morning! It is sooo crappy in Philly, so I'm glad I'm inside today. :) How is everyone else doing??</P><P>My big challenge this weekend is food down the shore!! ahhh!! I have my dinner picked out for tomorrow night, but Saturday is going to be tough. Cross your fingers I get through it!!</P><P>
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're going to do just fine. I wish I could plan ahead for meals like that. I never could decide that far in advance because I tend to change my mind at the last minute. Probably would be better if I could.

Awake, sometimes looking through the menu ahead of time helps. You can choose from a few entrees and then decide when you get there! :)

As Awake said, you'll do great. Planning ahead is the best thing to do...and something I'm trying to master! Congrats on the loss!
