Ok, the October/November birthdays and road trips are over. The damage is done, but boy was it fun!
To regain focus, I need to know where I am starting from.
Overnight recovery numbers. Heart rate low 35bpm. Actually got in 9 hours of sleep and recovered from past workouts by 80%.
Blood pressure is 106/67 and heart rate is 52 pbm at 7am. This is inline with my past numbers, so although weight is up, I don't see any long term damage.
So, December goal is to get back to 216lbs and eat 'clean, whole foods!' and drink 125 ounces of water per day.
Plus keep up on workouts, pilates, weights and areobics.
You think at 66, everything I've done would allow me to have a 'buy' year or two....

lol. Nope!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
