Well my fitness challenge at work ended, I ended up losing 2 lbs (in about 9 weeks), BUT i lost 5% of my body fat! :-)
That made me happy, I went to a NASCAR race Friday and Saturday, so I celebrated and at what I wanted, burgers, sodas, pretzels, pizza, funnel cakes. It was good... Back to work yesterday, weighed myself after running 2 miles on my break.. and I had put on 5 lbs! AGH. I ran another 2 miles tonight on my break and weighed after that and I was back down to my weight that I was on Thursday, so I determined that I was just mainly bloating and water weight from my body revolting about the junk I fed it.
I bought some protein powder and added it to my coffe in a blender bottle this morning on my way to work.. and it was quite delish! Awesome! I'm still trying to increase my protein, so I'm working on it!
