I can't believe it took me 25 years to be some what happy with my body. Yes, I have curves, I have boobs, hips, I'm not skinny and I'll never be, it's just not in my gens. But today a put on new jeans with red bodysuit, looked at myself and said "wow, I actually look good and more importantly I feel good". Now I know what people mean when they say to me "What the f*** do you mean? You are gorgeous!" I'm not saying that I'm done with diet or counting calories or working out. I will keep doing that, but not to feel the pressure to lose weight, but to feel HEALTHY and GOOD.
Last night I went to see my roommate and said "I don't want to workout, give me a pep talk" and she said "I just ate a whole package of Skittles", my other roommate reminded me that I like working out and the feeling I have after. I can still look good with curvy body and feel attractive.
So, if you're struggling, don't worry, we all have these moments. Just take it day by day. And remember. YOU ARE GORGEOUS!
