今日午餐2:15,冬瓜湯還有用冷凍蔥油餅皮自製韭菜盒子,餅皮熱量很高!!
傍晚妹妹提來一大袋芋頭大饅頭,晚餐提早6點開吃,一顆200克以上,熱量500卡以上,真是太驚人了,懶得再燙青菜,所以晚餐只能饅頭配綠茶,草草結束!
