so frustrating....

no alcohol during the week. I know I'm not good at logging my food but I don't eat take out, everything is homemade and proper portions, I have a shake for breakfast and guaranteed I am not eating to many calories. I actually think I need more but I am not hungry so I don't remember to eat...

chest 38.5 ---> down .5
upper belly 33---> down .5
lower belly 39.5 --> down .5
hips 41.---> same
thigh 23 --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 12 --> same
82.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
