體重一直上升,看來要喝一下薏仁紅豆去濕湯了! 昨晚十點多對所有家庭成員旳不滿值又達到高峰,以往都只能靠<<怒吃一把又一把>>來解怒氣,因為168,八點後不進食,就這樣理智化解情緒性進食! 因為都1-2點才睡,所以10-12點總是特別想吃東西,現在告訴自己8點後不吃,減少宵夜的熱量,杜絕繼續發胖!!
