Decided to make a pot roast in the crock pot around 11am. Cooked it all day but ended up eating more later in the day than usual. I ate a really small portion but still didn't help my daily goals. I like to stop eating around 2-3pm. When I was preparing the roast to cook I opened the pantry to get something and a can of Progresso soup fell and the top of the can hit 2 toes really hard. So I have large vruises on my toes, well as large as a bruise can be when it's on a toe.
