Heya, do you mind sharing what your calorie limit is? From my experience I realised that when I was meeting my limit but was still hungry it was a case of poor nutrition. I am a big snacker with a massive sweet tooth and I was sticking to my limit but I had to endure some hunger because the foods I was eating where mainly snacks. What worked for me was getting at least 2 nice filing meals in (usually breakfast and tea). I'd let myself have 500 kca on each and realised I didn't needed to snack as much also that I wasn't getting hungry because a big meal will have you filled for 5h at least. Hope this helps 🤗

Stick it onto tomorrow n just eat a bit less then.. that's what I do occasionally..as long as it all works out by the end of the week Jobs a good one!

@julzMP it's 1800 so quite high, but I run 3 times a week.
