Started cycling again last weekend. I'm getting bored with swimming constantly (6+ miles a week). Felt good to be back on the bike. With my hip replacement jogging/trail running is out. I can do it but its not the best thing for my titanium hip. An solid hour+ of cycling is 1000 calories burned, if I ride hard. I will try to start doing at least one long ride per week (2-3 hours), but cant let it get in the way of surfing. If there's waves I'm surfing! Going to have a big Italian Easter dinner this weekend so will probably have to do a little extra next week.
