Semangat mbak. Barusan ngintip jurnal-nya. AKG dinaikin karena menuhin BMR-kah? Kalau iya, BB mungkin bakalan naik sedikit, tapi kalau olahraganya intensitas tetap sama, nanti BB bakalan stuck terus turun lagi. Btw, kalori harian setelah dirata-rata per minggu diusahakan sebesar AKG. Jadi, meskipun cheat day, defisit kalori kalau dihitung mingguan tetap jalan.
