Have altered my routine here and there, tiny changes. A little more healthy fat added in, plant proteins a couple times a week, fewer animal proteins ( cardiologist approves), slightly larger portions if I am hungry for it. AND had Pizza and Beer for my birthday! So Good 👍🏽
65.9 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
