Aku tipe yg mudah turun bb dan mudah juga naiknya. Udah coba macam2 diet, turun sih, tapi sekali stop bb balik ke semula lagi. Pernah def kal sampai 1000 kkal perharinya (pake catering) 1 bulan turun 4kg, eh berenti catering (konsumsi 1200-1500kkal perhari) bb nya diam2 perlahan naik lagi. Cape aku tu. Please help :'(
