Weighing in one day early this week due to early knee surgery tomorrow morning. Stayed very consistent with my food menu this week and replaced Atkins bars with Fat Bombs, got some exercise planting flower beds this week and I guess it all worked down 3 lbs! Yeah me! Still not at the goal I had chosen to be at by tomorrow but I have still recouped my gain from last week plus one so I am very happy about that. Not sure how things will go with my weight loss and recovery from surgery but hubby has promised to keep up with my Atkins menu. Probably be a week or more before I can get back in the kitchen making meals, so I will have to depend on him. Soon as this knee gets up and running I can start my walking and by early June I can do more rehab in my pool. Well all I will be offline until I get home from the hospital next week so everyone have a great week, keep me in your prayers and I will be back to continue this journey! :)
