I injured my back over the winter time so I went from exercising 4 times a week to 0. My eating habbits went sour as well so now I'm back to 200 lbs. My back is better now and I hope to go for my black belt in Kung Fu in a little over a month. I have started to exercise again somewhat regularly and have begun healthy eating habbits. Now I just need to make all of my habbits healthy :)
90.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
