I got to work on my husband's new Bowflex Exceed machine this morning, so I'm pretty happy about that. I don't know if I actually worked out enough to make a difference, but I felt good doing it. Now all I need to do is figure out how to change all the "settings" so I can do more exercises on it. :)

**WORKOUT**
1. Bowflex
-Bicep Curls 3 x 15-20 (25lb. ea. arm)
-Standing Rows 3 x 15-20 (25lb. ea. arm)
-Squats (no weight) 55
-Leg Curls 3 x 15 (25lb. ea. arm)
-Leg Extensions 3 x 10 (25lb. ea. arm)
-"something that works lower back" lol (40lb. ea. side) 2 x 20
-Oblique Twists 1 x 15
2. Jumping Jacks
65.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
