I have started this APP to use today ,I have reduced my weight from 117.5 kg to 105 kg in 4 months. I have not restricted myself for any special diet plan. I have reduced my portion of meal only. I walk minimum 10000 steps daily which is taking 90 to 100 minutes. I drink daily lemon or green tea warm water before my breakfast. Hopefully everyone can reduce weight by passion and well plan life style. Calories in deficit is very important factor in weight reduction.
105 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
