lebih berat memang.. tapi aku merasa lebih fit dan bugar soalnya rutin angkat beban walaupun masih sedikit sedikit belajar di dumbell guide nya diet santuy.. sama yutub.. proses lah ya.. seminggu 2-3kali.. dirumah aja.. ☺
65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
