Losing weight a bit quickly, but it may be water weight too. I'm actually trying to slow it down! It's difficult for me to move into a comfortable center, but what I'm doing now, inadvertantly, is what I should be doing for my ideal weight.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
